Where do you ship?
We ship across the United Kingdom and to the United States. Options and costs are shown at checkout.
How much is shipping?
UK delivery is £3.99 — and free on orders over £30. US shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Our gear ships direct from our specialist manufacturing partners, so delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, and occasionally longer if a parcel is held at customs. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on its way. If you need something by tomorrow, we're honestly not the right shop for that order — but if you can wait, you're getting better kit for the money.
Where does my order ship from?
Most of our gear ships from our partner warehouses in China. We'd rather tell you that up front than have it be a surprise after you've ordered. It's how we keep genuinely premium kit at sensible prices, and it's the reason delivery takes a couple of weeks rather than a couple of days.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link the moment your order ships, and you can check it any time using the Track order link in our menu. Tracking can take a few days to start updating, and it sometimes goes quiet while a parcel moves between countries — that's normal for international shipping and almost never means anything is wrong.
What's your returns policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and another 14 days to send it back. If something arrives faulty, you have 30 days for a full refund and we cover the return postage. See our Refund Policy for the details, or just email us and we'll walk you through it.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards, plus PayPal — through a secure, encrypted checkout.
