Where do you ship?
We ship across the United Kingdom and to the United States. Options and costs are shown at checkout.
How much is shipping?
UK delivery is £3.99 — and free on orders over £30. US and international shipping is calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. UK delivery typically takes 5–9 business days; US usually 7–12. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on its way.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link the moment your order ships, and you can check it any time using the Track order link in our menu.
What's your returns policy?
You have 30 days to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund. See our Refund Policy for the details, or email us and we'll walk you through it.
