Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 July 2026
These terms govern your use of gymfindshub.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or buying from us, you accept them. Please read them — they're short, and they're written in English rather than legalese.
1. Who you're dealing with
Gymfindshub is a general partnership established in the United Kingdom, trading from 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom — support@gymfindshub.com
"We", "us" and "our" mean Gymfindshub. "You" means you.
2. Using our site
You may use the site to browse and buy for your own personal use. You may not:
- Use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent
- Copy, scrape, or republish our content, photography or product descriptions for commercial use
- Introduce malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
- Use automated tools to harvest data or place bulk orders
- Resell our products commercially without our written agreement
We may suspend or refuse service to anyone breaching these terms. You must be at least 18 to place an order.
3. Products, images and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, and we don't exaggerate what they do.
Product photography and dimensions are indicative. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and minor variation in finish or packaging can occur between production batches. Nothing here reduces your right to goods that are as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where we quote resistance levels, weights or measurements supplied by our manufacturing partners, small tolerances apply.
4. Pricing and currency
Prices are shown in GBP for UK customers and USD for US customers, and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy for rates.
We try hard to keep pricing accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we're not obliged to sell at that price. We'll contact you, and you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We'll never take extra money without asking you first.
Prices can change, but never after you've placed an order.
5. Orders and when a contract forms
Placing an order is an offer to buy.
Our order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. The contract between us forms when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation.
We may decline an order — for example if the item is unavailable, if we spot a pricing error, if we can't ship to your address, or if a payment or fraud check fails. If we decline, you're refunded in full immediately.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you order and processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We don't handle or store your card details.
Placing an order confirms that the payment method is yours or that you have permission to use it.
7. Delivery
Our products are shipped from supplier warehouses, largely in China. Typical delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch, and sometimes 20+ business days. We say so clearly, here and in our Shipping Policy, so that you can decide before you buy.
Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather or other events outside our reasonable control. What we will do is keep you informed, and refund or replace any order that hasn't arrived 30 days after dispatch.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are set out in full in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
In short: 14 days to change your mind from the day you receive your goods, plus 14 days to return them, refunded within 14 days of us getting them back or receiving proof of postage. And 30 days to reject anything faulty for a full refund.
Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
9. Fitness equipment — use it sensibly
This matters, so we're saying it plainly.
Our products are exercise equipment. Used incorrectly, they can cause injury. Resistance bands can snap or recoil. Ab rollers and pull-up equipment can fail if installed or loaded wrongly. EMS devices are not suitable for everyone.
- Read the instructions before use, and follow any weight, load or duration limits.
- Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you're pregnant, recovering from injury, or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy, a pacemaker or any implanted electronic or metal device.
- Do not use EMS devices if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, if you're pregnant, or over broken skin — check the product's own instructions.
- Inspect equipment before each use. Replace anything showing wear, nicks or fraying.
- Check any fixing point (door frames, bars, anchors) is sound and rated for the load before you put weight on it.
You use our products at your own risk, and you're responsible for using them safely and as intended. Nothing on our site — including product descriptions, blog content or training suggestions — is medical advice.
None of this affects your rights if a product is genuinely faulty or unsafe, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Our liability
We don't limit or exclude our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987
- Anything else that can't lawfully be limited or excluded
Subject to that: we're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care — but not for anything unforeseeable, and not for business losses. We supply our products for domestic and private use. If you use them for any commercial purpose, we won't be liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
Where we are liable, our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the order in question — except where the law says otherwise, including everything in the list above.
11. Intellectual property
The Gymfindshub name, logo, site design, copy and photography belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.
If you post a review or send us photos, you keep ownership, but you give us a free, non-exclusive licence to use them to promote the shop and the products. Don't send us anything you don't have the right to share.
12. Availability
We aim to keep the site up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice, and we won't be liable if it's unavailable for any period.
13. Third-party links
Our site may link to other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
14. Events outside our control
We're not liable for failing to perform where it's caused by something beyond our reasonable control — including supplier or carrier failure, customs delays, extreme weather, industrial action, pandemics, war, or the disruption caused by public holidays such as Chinese New Year. If such an event materially affects your order, we'll contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order — changes don't apply retrospectively to orders already placed.
16. Other terms
- These terms, plus our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us.
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our agreement.
- No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you're a consumer, you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, and — if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland — in your own local courts. Nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
18. Complaints and contact
Email support@gymfindshub.com. We aim to reply within 2 working days and to resolve any complaint within 14 days.
If we can't resolve it between us, you can seek free, independent advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk).
