Shipping Policy

We'd rather tell you the truth up front than make a promise we can't keep.
Gymfindshub works directly with specialist manufacturing partners rather than holding stock in a UK warehouse. It's how we keep premium gear at sane prices — but it means delivery takes longer than a next-day marketplace. If you need something tomorrow, we're honestly not the right shop for that order. If you're happy to wait a couple of weeks for better kit at a better price, read on.
Delivery times
- Order processing & dispatch: 1–3 business days
- Delivery (UK): 7–15 business days after dispatch
- Delivery (US): 7–15 business days after dispatch
Total: roughly 8–18 business days from order to doorstep.
Some orders arrive faster. Some take 20 business days or more — peak periods, customs inspections and carrier backlogs all happen, and we can't control any of them. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Most of our products ship from our partner warehouses in China. We say that plainly because you deserve to know before you buy, not after.

United Kingdom
- Standard delivery: £3.99
- Free delivery on orders over £30
United States
- Flat-rate delivery, shown in US dollars at checkout before you pay.
Prices are shown in GBP for UK shoppers and in USD for US shoppers. Whatever currency you see at checkout is the currency your card is charged in, and the full delivery cost is always shown before you pay.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse. You can track it any time at gymfindshub.com via our Track Order page.
Tracking can take 3–7 days to start updating, and it sometimes goes quiet while a parcel is in transit between countries. That's normal for international shipping and almost never means anything is wrong. If tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, email us and we'll chase it.
Multiple items, multiple parcels
If you order several products, they may ship separately and arrive on different days — sometimes several days apart. You're not charged extra for this. If part of your order has landed and part hasn't, give it a few more days before worrying.
Customs, duties and taxes
UK orders: the price you pay at checkout is the price you pay. No surprise charges on delivery.
US orders: the price at checkout covers the goods and shipping. Depending on current US import rules, a parcel may occasionally be assessed for import duties or taxes on arrival; where that happens, those charges are the recipient's responsibility. We can't predict or reimburse them, but we'll always help with any paperwork you need.
Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Once an order is dispatched we can't reroute it.
If you spot a mistake, email support@gymfindshub.com immediately — if the order hasn't shipped, we can usually fix it. If it has shipped and is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll refund the item cost minus shipping.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
A small number of products can't be shipped to the US due to carrier restrictions. If one of these is in your basket and you're checking out with a US address, checkout will tell you before you pay.
If your order hasn't arrived
- Under 20 business days since dispatch: it's very likely still moving. Check your tracking.
- Over 20 business days: email support@gymfindshub.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
- Over 30 days since dispatch: we'll replace it or refund you in full. No arguments.
Delays outside our control
Customs clearance, extreme weather, carrier disruption and public holidays (including Chinese New Year, which slows manufacturing across the board for roughly two weeks each year) can extend delivery times. We'll always tell you if we know about a delay affecting your order.
