We reply to every message within 2 working days, and usually sooner. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

An existing order — tracking, changes or delays: email us with your order number.

Something faulty or damaged — email us with your order number and a photo if you can; it usually means we can resolve it the same day.
Privacy or data requests — email us; our Privacy Policy sets out your rights in full.
Anything else — product questions, sizing, whether something suits you. Just ask. We'd rather tell you a product isn't right than sell you the wrong thing.
