This notice sets out who operates this website, as required by the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

gymfindshub.com and the Gymfindshub store are operated by the partners of Gymfindshub, who are jointly responsible for the business.

Business registration

Gymfindshub is a general partnership, not a limited company. It is therefore not registered at Companies House and has no company registration number.

VAT

Gymfindshub is not currently registered for VAT, as our turnover is below the UK VAT registration threshold. We don't charge VAT as a separate line and can't issue VAT invoices. If we become VAT-registered, we'll add our VAT number here.

What we do

We sell fitness and training equipment online to customers in the United Kingdom and the United States. Our products come from specialist manufacturing partners and ship directly from their warehouses, largely in China — see our Shipping Policy for delivery times. Selling fitness equipment is not a regulated profession in the UK and requires no special authorisation scheme.

Product safety

Exercise equipment can cause injury if used incorrectly. Please read the instructions supplied with your product and follow any stated load, weight or duration limits. Section 9 of our Terms of Service sets out the full safety guidance — particularly for EMS devices, which are not suitable for everyone.

Website content

We take care to keep product information, pricing and availability accurate, but we don't warrant that everything on the site is free from error at all times. Nothing on this website — including product descriptions, blog articles or training suggestions — is medical advice.

The Gymfindshub name, logo, site design, copy and photography belong to us or our licensors, and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Your rights and our policies

Your rights as a consumer are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which together govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from us.

Governing law

These matters are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this notice removes the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.

Complaints

Email support@gymfindshub.com — we aim to reply within 2 working days and to resolve any complaint within 14 days. If we can't resolve it between us, you can seek free independent advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk). Data protection complaints can also be raised with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
